Research peptides need special handling to stay safe and pure. Once a product leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee its quality if returned.
Our products are made to order and follow strict rules. We cannot accept returned items back into our inventory. This helps us maintain the highest quality standards.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item due to our error, contact us immediately:

- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- We will investigate and send a replacement at no cost if verified
This exception covers shipping errors and product defects caused by our facility.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel orders only if:
- You request cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order
- The order has not entered our fulfillment process
